1. Routine maintenance of CNC machine (such as tool changing, machine exception handling, tool setter, probe, etc.) 2. First article/process delivery and testing Yield Guarantee 3. Quality abnormality handling (analysis of abnormal problem points and formulation of improvement countermeasures) 4. Process optimization, quality improvement, and yield improvement 5. Analysis of causes of defective products in the process , formulation and verification of improvement countermeasures 6. Maintenance and inspection of equipment/tools 7. Daily 6S maintenance
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, metal processing experience is preferred 2. Familiar with the basic operation, machine maintenance and debugging of FANUC small machining center, and able to complete three-axis and four-axis tooling Machine debugging 3. Familiar with the use of probes and tool setters 4. Long-term and stable development is best in Shandong Province
