The Role:

In this role you will:

Follow EHS policies & requirements during the production & plant
在廠區及生產作業時,遵守環安衛政策與要求。
Report EHS concern & incidents immediately
發現環安衛問題或事故時,能立即回報。
Ensure all process and quality related SOPs are obeyed without bypass or violation
確實遵守流程與品質相關標準作業指導書。
Perform daily check on the process and equipment, especially prior to restarting up
於每日生產前或復線開始生產前,進行製程或設備等相關點檢。
Execute production tasks according to plan, and ensure no unexpected shutdown or delay
依據計畫執行生產任務,並確保沒有非預期停機或延誤。
Report quality issues and gaps immediately
立即回報品質議題與差異。
Report equipment's failure and abnormal conditions immediately
設備失效或異常狀況發生時,立即回報主管。。
Operate equipment by following instructions with right tools
遵從標準作業指導書,使用正確工具與機台進行相關作業。
Ensure no waste, no contamination of materials
確保沒有材料的污染與浪費。
Ensure high awareness and good behavior on energy & consumables saving
對能源與資源的節省,須保持良好認知與行為。
Keep continuously improvement concept with daily job
在每日工作中,落實持續改善的信念。
Any assignment (job relative) from supervisor
完成其他主管指派的工作任務或事項。

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

Experiences on 5S implementation
具備執行5S 經驗。
Operational knowledge of moving machine, electricity.
對於移動性機械、電子設備有操作經驗。
Operational knowledge of implementing inspection and data check and key in for product quality control.
具有執行產品檢查、檢測資料確認與輸入等作業經驗,以進行生產品質監控與管理。
Shift rotation is required
需輪班。(四班二輪)
Basic in English for reading and writing abilities.
基本英文閱讀與書寫能力。
Basic computer skills.
具備基本電腦使用能力。
Fields of chemicals operation are preferred.
具化學品使用作業經驗尤佳。

Your success will be measured by:

P - Act as a first-line role to conduct daily production activities and complete the tasks safely, on schedule and products quality in spec.
P – 能夠展現第一線人員的角色,依計畫時間執行、安全的完成每日生產活動、任務,並確保產品品質符合規格。
A – Follow SOP/instructions/requirements all the time, and ask for help when doubt
A –完全遵守標準作業指導書/指引/要求進行作業,發現有衝突或問題時,能及時反應。
C – Learn from lesson/mistake and prevent the same issue happened again
C –能從事件或錯誤中學習並避免相同狀況再發。
E – Dedicate on shift production to fulfill tasks as schedule
E – 致力於該班的生產運作, 如期的完成任務。
