Responsibilities

1. Conduct research and development work to improve Large Language Models (LLM), Vision-Language Models (VLM) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) algorithms.

2. Drive the use of state-of-the-art methods in production environments and ensure scalability and efficiency.

3. Investigate emerging areas of research that align with and influence the company's mid- and long-term product strategy.

4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers and designers, to integrate advanced research findings into new features and capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

1. Proven knowledge in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval and natural language processing

2. Experience in adapting and fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs

3. Proficient programming skills in Python and C++ or related languages

4. Deep understanding of software development best practices

5. Ability to integrate and work with APIs

6. Strong ability to stay current with research advances and new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

1.Experience with training and fine-tuning multimodal LLMs

2.Familiar with inference frameworks and optimization tools

3.Academic contributions to AI research
