Machine Learning Engineer

We are partnering with a leading technology services organisation to hire a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about turning data into actionable business insights and building machine learning solutions at scale.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-level data and AI initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders, data engineers, and technology teams across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive and classification use cases

• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation

• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and actionable recommendations

• Design experiments, statistical analyses, and hypothesis testing frameworks

• Create compelling visualizations and insights for business stakeholders

• Monitor and improve machine learning models in production environments

• Work closely with data engineering teams to build scalable analytical solutions

What We're Looking For

• Min 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and predictive analytics

• Experience deploying ML models in production environments

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

Bonus Points

• Experience with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or AWS Glue

• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD practices

• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or AI foundation models
