Role Summary
The Machine Equipment Maintenance Engineer is responsible for advanced technical maintenance and management of equipment within the engine repair facility. Equipment Fault Diagnosis and Technical Solutions:

- Develop troubleshooting strategies to ensure equipment promptly returns to normal operation.
- Establish technical standards for fault diagnosis and resolution to enhance team capabilities.
Equipment Performance Optimization and Technical Improvements:
- Analyze equipment operational data to propose performance optimization and technical improvement plans.
- Lead equipment technical upgrades to improve production efficiency and equipment stability.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to design and execute innovative technical improvement projects.
Equipment Installation, Relocation, and Upgrade Operations:
- Plan and lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
- Develop equipment relocation plans to ensure safe and efficient processes.
- Design and execute equipment functionality upgrades and technical modifications based on production needs.
Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Care:
- Develop equipment maintenance and preventive care plans to reduce failure rates.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment maintenance to improve efficiency and quality.
Technical Documentation Management and Professional Training:
- Manage and update equipment technical documents and maintenance manuals to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Train operators and maintenance technicians to enhance equipment operation and maintenance skills.
- Lead technical sharing sessions to promote team knowledge exchange and skill development.
Outsourced Maintenance Planning:
- Develop outsourced maintenance plans to ensure repair processes meet standards.
- Inspect outsourced maintenance results to ensure equipment operates normally.
- Record outsourced maintenance details and establish maintenance archives.
Annual Budget Planning for Equipment Maintenance:
- Prepare budgets based on maintenance needs.
Equipment Performance Optimization and Safety Enhancement:
- Analyze equipment operational data to propose performance optimization suggestions.
