..Program period: ..24 months - 18 months for experience at Prudential Taiwan - 6 months for overseas rotation at Prudential Group (including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, etc.)

1. Senior supervisor mentor system
Have regular one-on-one communications with senior supervisors to understand your learning status and obtain career development suggestions, creating a customized growth journey.
2. Diversified rotation experience
Carry out cross-unit rotations in relevant professional fields to accumulate multi-faceted professional knowledge and practical experience in the insurance industry.
3. International work experience
Go to Prudential Life in other countries to participate in projects and operations. 展國際視野、強化跨文化溝通及團隊合作能力。
4. 創新專案參與
加入公司創新專案(BWOW project),從專案負責人角色磨練領導與管理能力,帶領團隊完成策略性任務。
5. 與 CEO 對話(Coffee Connect)
定期與 CEO 及集團高階主管面對面交流,建立多元視角,提升職涯高度。

掌握市場動態,從多元渠道洞察消費者、客戶及合作夥伴需求。運用彈性且多元的溝通方式與不同世代客群接軌,並以數據與洞察驅動行銷策略,持續優化整體客戶體驗旅程。
【申請資格】
1. 學歷:國內外研究所以上,科系依職缺需求而定
2. 經歷:應屆畢業生或工作經驗 2 年以下
3. 語言能力:中英文流利
o TOEIC 800+
o TOEFL 90+
o IELTS 6.5+
4. 個人特質:..具備邏輯思考、簡報與專案管理能力,並擁有好奇心及敏捷學習力
