Liaises with architects, engineers, landscape architects, environmental scientists, builders, contractors, suppliers, and project owners to ensure design intentions are met.
Leads the analysis and interpretation of reports on loading, labour, productivity, quality, materials and performance.
Review monthly reports on M&E activities and report to management.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
At least 2 years of M&E working experience with contractors, construction projects and/or building variation works.
Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
