PRODUCT TECH LEAD, LOW-CODE TECHNOLOGIES
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the Agile & Low-code Product Technical team, driving LTA's shift toward a Product-Led organization. You will lead the next frontier of product development using low‑code platforms, and AI‑enabled capabilities. This role is designed for a forward-thinking technical lead who views Low-Code as the skeleton and AI as the brain of modern software. You will not only build functional products but also integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI to create product features that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks independently while adhering to AI safety & security requirements. You will be the architect of human-in-the-loop AI solutions that redefine how our organization operates. AI solutions will be encompassing product development, product management/operations and business use cases.
You will be working on end-to-end product lifecycle, focusing on building high-impact digital solutions and modernizing our technology landscape. Your key responsibilities include:
- AI-Infused Product Development: Building high-performance products in low-code technologies such as OutSystems, Power Platform, etc. that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for vibe coding, coding agents, test agents, ops agents, etc.
- Custom Extensions: Writing custom logic (JavaScript or Python) to extend low-code capabilities when standard features hit their limit, ensuring seamless API integrations via REST/SOAP.
- Governance & Scalability: Implementing best practices for DevSecOps across all low-code environments to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable.
- Collaborative Co-Development: Actively participating in co-development workstreams with external partners and vendors. You will engage in joint sprints, shared code reviews, and architectural workshops to co-create digital solutions and integrate third-party innovations.
AI Governance & Refactoring: Establishing guardrails for AI usage and using AI tools to analyze and refactor legacy business logic into modern, low-code architectures.
[What we are looking for]
- Knowledge in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in agile product development, with a proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade digital products with preferable use of low-code and AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience or deep technical oversight in in low-code technologies such as OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and be able to support after office hours/weekends when necessary.
- Strong interest in driving business change using technology and data.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and an interest in Singapore's land transport landscape.
- Experience in customer service journey exercise and design thinking is a plus.
- Experience in using end-to-end product lifecycle toolchain such as Miro, Confluence, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Prior experience in the public sector is an added advantage.
- Candidates with more experience might be considered for senior roles.
