<New Graduate Hiring> Manufacturing Test Engineer (System & Hardware)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability and reliability of production test systems (ATEs) to support high-volume manufacturing and continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance and periodic qualification of test equipment, including critical hardware components, and monitor key system performance parameters to ensure optimal operation.
• Provide first-line technical support for production test issues, conduct preliminary failure analysis, identify root causes, and implement timely corrective actions to minimize manufacturing impact.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Test Engineering (TE), Product Engineering (PE), Manufacturing Operations, and other SME teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Interface regularly with external suppliers and ATE vendors, prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate issues effectively, and drive suppliers toward delivering robust and sustainable solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and engineering documentation related to test systems and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in productivity improvement, cost reduction, and automation projects to enhance operational excellence, equipment utilization, and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Up to two years of relevant working experience in semiconductor manufacturing, test engineering, equipment engineering, automation, or a related technical field. Fresh graduates with strong technical potential are also encouraged to apply.
• Fundamental knowledge of electronic circuits, semiconductor devices, instrumentation, and measurement principles.
• Basic programming and debugging skills in languages such as Python, C/C++, or automated test program development are preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and effective technical reporting and presentation skills.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to read technical documentation and collaborate effectively with global teams and external vendors. TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through participation in student organizations, project teams, extracurricular activities, or internship programs Leadership experience is considered an advantage.
