Our client is looking to hire a Logistics Specialist with proven experience in warehousing Pharmaceutical products
Responsibilities:
- Overseedailywarehouseoperationsandlogisticsprocessestoensuresmooth,efficient,andcompliantactivities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance supply chain processes, driving innovations aligned with business objectives in healthcare.
- Develop and implement robust supply chain policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure flawless execution and zero defects.
- Redefine systems, processes, and organizational structures to optimize efficiency and generate significant financial savings.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly presenting results to senior management to promote continuous improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of issues and managing corrective actions effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, providing a strong industry foundation.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or warehouse operations, preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Experience or exposure to cold chain management, maintaining the integrity of temperature-sensitive products.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for Medical Devices and knowledge of Hong Kong regulations such as Wholesale Dealer License.
- Strong understanding of GDP and ISO quality standards.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and ability to leverage technology for operational optimization.
- Analytical thinker with solid skills in data interpretation and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Self-motivated with an ability to independently drive projects and initiatives.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for effective regional communication.
- Scientific background in biology or chemistry is a plus, supporting product and process understanding.
