Established in Taiwan in 2001, the Asia Continental Distribution Center (ACDC) serves as a critical logistics hub for Applied Materials across the Asia-Pacific region. Together with North America and Europe, ACDC forms a highly integrated global network that supports customers and business operations worldwide 24/7.

To support the continued growth of the global semiconductor industry, ACDC completed a major expansion and relocation in 2025. The new facility is a modern, highly automated logistics center designed to deliver greater efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Leveraging advanced automation and data-driven operations, ACDC is helping accelerate AI, machine learning, and next-generation supply chain capabilities, further strengthening Applied Materials speed, resilience, and leadership in the global semiconductor supply chain.

We are seeking a Logistics Process Specialist based in Taoyuan to support Applied Materials growing logistics operations and evolving customer requirements. This role will work closely with cross-functional & cross-regional stakeholders to translate business and service needs into scalable and sustainable logistics process solutions.

Key responsibilities include supporting cross-region process alignment for strategic accounts such as TSMC and Micron, analyzing new service requirements through service-level and cost evaluations, and driving continuous process improvement to ensure operational excellence and high-quality logistics service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the resolution of urgent customer requests, process exceptions, and operational issues by working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely communication, effective execution, and minimal business impact.

  • Support cross-region logistics process alignment for strategic accounts, including TSMC, by collaborating with teams across Taiwan, Arizona, Germany, and Japan etc. Facilitate knowledge sharing, best-practice adoption, and process consistency to support business growth and customer expectations.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and operations teams to translate customer business requirements into sustainable and scalable logistics solutions. Leverage in-depth knowledge of ACDC and Taiwan depot operations to align end-to-end logistics processes, including inbound, inventory management, quality assurance, and outbound delivery.

  • Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, execution consistency, and compliance with customer requirements. Identify opportunities to convert non-standard customer requests into repeatable and sustainable logistics processes where appropriate.

  • Analyze and compare logistics operating models across strategic global customer programs to identify similarities, differences, and key business drivers across regions. Provide recommendations to support process harmonization, best-practice sharing, and scalable logistics solutions that enable consistent service delivery and business growth.
