Logistics Operations Executive

Responsible for transportation planning, crew coordination, vessel management, and project execution to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules, manpower, and equipment
deployment.

2. Manage crew scheduling, attendance, certifications, and operational readiness.

3. Coordinate vessel operations, maintenance, permits, and regulatory compliance.

4. Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and operational timelines.

5. Liaise with customers, vessel crews, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

7. Prepare operational reports, documentation, and job records.

8. Any other jobs as assigned by Superior
