Logistics Operations Executive (Post-Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle post-operations activities, including verification of jobs, PODs, PTI checklists and temperature logger reports

• Manage logistics documentation, scanning, filing and customer document dispatch

• Coordinate loading bay bookings and driver/vehicle applications

• Provide backup support for logistics planning and job allocation when required

• Maintain accurate records in TMS, job sheets and fleet management systems
