Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Sales Account Manager with regards to contract execution and pricing status of the contracts
- Setting-up and maintaining a planned shipments calendar
- Arrange bulk shipment, unload cargo, and replenish stock from the warehouse
- Communication with customers for payment and delivery
- Monitoring/reconciliation stock positions
- Monitoring/reconciliation timely receipt of funds
- Receiving and checking L/C documents
- Ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Diplomaorabove
- FluentspokenwrittenEnglish,MandarinandChinese(Cantonese)
- 8yearsoraboveoflogisticsandshippingexperienceincommodityindustry,solidexperienceinthesteelindustryishighlypreferable
- Goodexperienceinhandlingbulkshipmentsforseafreight,andsolidexperienceinunloadingcargoandreplenishingstockfromthewarehouse.
