Role Summary
The Logistics and Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the work status of team members within the inventory management group, ensuring the safety and integrity of business processes and operational standards. This position emphasizes adherence to safety, quality, and FLIGHT DECK principles.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling and Scheduling
- Coordinate with PCC to schedule assembly plans, manage material receiving, distribution, and control.
- Invoice and Payment Management
- Arrange and oversee material receiving related to invoices and payments.
- Daily Monitoring
- Monitor the progress of material receiving on a daily basis.
- Asset Management
- Familiarize with various asset concepts and ensure control measures are in place.
- Safety, Environment, and Quality
- Prioritize safety, environmental, hygiene, and quality standards in all operations.
- FLIGHT DECK
- Apply FLIGHT DECK principles, including Kaizen activities, to drive continuous improvement.
- CMRO System Expertise
- Proficiently operate the CMRO system and provide comprehensive training for new employees.
- Material Handling and Document Management
- Manage PO/SO/COP material receiving, resolve Contest Issues, complete IOU Issues, conduct material inventory, handle urgent receiving, and provide material support.
- Perform material box counting, unpacking, inspection of shipping box appearance, and verify consistency between SHIPPING documents and physical P/N and QTY.
- Create AIRFOIL KIT LIST to ensure PO/SO/COP parts are properly stored and shelved.
- Handle material sales, returns, and inventory operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Associate degree or above.
Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; TOEIC score of 550 or above is preferred.
Basic proficiency in Office software.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, able to work independently, and collaborate with the team.
Forklift operation certification is preferred.
