Your Role
As a Logistic Assistant Manager, you will support logistics and warehousing operations, manage 3PL tendering and performance, handle customs/admin tasks, oversee KPIs/SOPs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and authorities.
A Typical Day
- Responsible for logistics and warehousing operations, including tendering, managing, and controlling third‑party service providers.
- Handle daily customs clearance and administrative tasks.
- Supervise 3PL partners according to company strategies and KPIs.
- Manage 3PL warehousing, distribution, reverse logistics, and payment compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and government units to resolve operational issues.
In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux's Internal & External customers. You should be confident in dealing with leaders both from a country level and region level perspective.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in managing third‑party logistics operations; experience in the home appliance industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience in e‑commerce logistics is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with solid proficiency in IT systems, SAP and MS Office applications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
