Responsibilities
1.Collaborate with Regional Account Manager (RAM) and facilitate the Customer service requirement within the stations
2.Manage the assigned projects from RAM and execute day-to-day communication with Customer & Morrison origin/destination offices for shipment arrangement
3.Maintain the rate file in MOP to manage the E-billing status
4.Monitor Customer shipment status within the region and ensure the data quality update in the MOP(VIP tracking system)
5.Proactively to identify or call out the issues and compile all the data in order to come out the resolution together with RAM/GAM
6.Monitor the project progress with the project team
7.Manage the KPI within the region and call out the issues to RAM with the corrective action report
Preferred Qualifications
-Industry experience in freight forwarding
-Familiarity with usage analytics, value realization, and QBR frameworks.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain , or related field.
