3. Communicate closely with the anchor, convey audience feedback, assist the anchor to adjust the live broadcast status, and improve the live broadcast effect.
4. Formulate and implement live broadcast promotion strategies, and be responsible for the advertising and management of live broadcasts on major platforms.
5. Analyze advertising data, adjust strategies according to the delivery effect, improve the click-through rate and conversion rate of advertising, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of advertising.
6. Monitor the actual delivery data effect of the live broadcast, continue to optimize and adjust the delivery strategy based on data fans, and improve the return on investment.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, radio and television technology, marketing, digital media and other related majors are preferred.
2. Be familiar with live broadcast equipment and technical processes, have knowledge of audio and video processing and network transmission, and be able to quickly solve technical problems in live broadcast.
3. Understand the advertising platform and mechanism, have data analysis and market insight capabilities, and be able to adjust advertising strategies based on data.
4. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work collaboratively with anchors and team members to ensure the smooth progress of live broadcast events.
5. Have a strong interest in the live broadcast industry, have strong learning ability and innovation awareness, and be able to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment.
