Job Description
- Lead the design and development of next-generation liquid cooling products and thermal management solutions.
- Develop advanced cold plate architectures, coolant flow paths, and manifold designs for enhanced thermal performance.
- Drive innovation in joining and welding technologies, including brazing, laser welding, and diffusion bonding processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on simulation, validation testing, manufacturing readiness, and product qualification.
- Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept, prototyping, and validation through mass production.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in mechanical and thermal product design within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of CAD tools and product development methodologies from concept to production.
- Familiarity with thermal testing, reliability validation, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within international and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to liquid cooling, thermal solutions, or advanced manufacturing technologies is highly desirable.
