Your Role:

Provide high-quality personal customer services and maintain a positive experience with premium customers in a professional manner by multi-channel services such as phone, live chat and email

Understand the needs of customers and provide tailored recommendations and services, including but not limit to travel planning, hotel & car arrangement, dining & entertainment reservations or other lifestyle enquiries from customers

Maintain clear and regular communications with customers to better fulfill their requests

Stay informed about the lifestyles news and trends to ensure customer receive the best-in-class experiences

Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in customer service or call center environment, luxury brands or hospitality industry is an advantage

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Firsthand city knowledge of local events and ability to spot trends nationwide

Experience working directly with international contacts for the fulfillment of reservations

Passion for travel, lifestyles experiences, and providing exceptional service

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Available to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays

Cantonese speaking is a must

Immediate availability is highly preferred
