Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial agreements (e.g., sales, procurement, NDAs).
Work closely with internal teams to ensure contracts align with business goals and company policies.
Assist in developing and maintaining standard contract templates to improve efficiency.
Intellectual Property Management
Provide support on intellectual property matters, including IP administration, internal communication, and enforcement support.
Dispute Resolution and Litigation Support
Assist the Legal Manager in managing commercial disputes and potential litigation.
Coordinate with external counsel and prepare necessary legal documents.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements in the company's key markets to ensure compliance.
Assist in reviewing and updating internal compliance policies.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Legal Manager.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or a Master of Laws (LL.M.) is required. A law degree from a foreign jurisdiction is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of legal experience, preferably in an in-house setting with a focus on contract law, corporate law, or compliance.
Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. You should be able to provide clear and practical business advice on complex legal issues.
License: A bar license is not required, but active membership in any jurisdiction is a strong advantage.
