Job Description

• Working closely with corporate teams, you will also be the lead lawyer for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts such as service agreements, supplier and subcontractor agreements, confidentiality agreements and various policies.
• Supporting various business teams on commodity related transactions – globally.
• You will support business teams with agreements such as container, supply and vessel, working across various team leads with support around charter party and various COA issues.

Requirements

• 6 - 12 PQE
• Experienced in shipping
• Experience in handling trade / commodities related work
• Strong stakeholder management skills with up to date examples for cross-border / difficult / complex parties.
• Ability to work in a large scale MNC environment
