Legal Product Manager-Information System

1. Responsible for legal management platform product planning, demand analysis, program design, product implementation, product management, etc. 2. Collaborate with legal, internal audit, compliance and ByteDance's front-end product lines to build a compliance management system, intellectual property management system and legal litigation process framework, and based on this, abstract business models and draw on advanced industry experience to form implementable solutions and products 3. Collaborate with the development and testing team to complete the implementation and implementation of legal-related management platform products 4. Introduce internal and external partners to build an open and mutually beneficial ecological platform system.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in related industry products 2. Must have relevant experience and understanding of corporate workflow and B-end product tools legal related subject background and working experience in legal related products are preferred 3. Have a clear logical thinking framework, be sensitive to business data, and be good at analyzing the truth and core reasons behind problems 4. Result-oriented, strong ability to withstand pressure, strong enterprising spirit and sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit 5. English can be used as a working language.
