Work items:
1. Contract handling
2. Litigation and dispute handling (including US patent litigation).
3. Provide legal advice and solutions, risk management, and other corporate legal matters.
Requirements:
1. Graduated from a university (including) law department, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
2. More than 10 years of relevant experience in high-tech companies or large international law firms.
3. Possess considerable experience in independently handling large-scale contracts and negotiations.
4. Possess considerable experience in handling domestic and foreign litigation or disputes, especially experience in independently handling US patent litigation.
