A well-known US firm is seeking a legal manager (HK side) to join its HK IPO team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on large IPO transactions and listing compliance matters across a diversity of sectors. Ideally, you should have gained prior experience from a reputable law firm, together with a US qualification. However, non-US qualified candidates with the right experience are also welcome to apply.
