Legal Director VP

A Hong Kong listed financial services company is seeking an in-house lawyer to join their team in Hong Kong. The role involves providing legal and regulatory advice to the group, covering areas including debt capital markets, structured finance, private equity, real estate investment, fund raising, etc.

Ideal candidate must have solid in-house DCM experience, with approximately 5-8 years PQE. Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua). WS10687
