Legal Counsel

A professional services firm is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their business in Hong Kong. In this role, you will advise on regulatory and compliance matters for corporate service providers and trustees. You will support the sales team by drafting trust deeds, revising trust service and application agreements, managing trust settlements, and carrying out fiduciary responsibilities for the Hong Kong trustee. The ideal candidate is a lawyer qualified in Hong Kong or under common law, with 5+ years of PQE in private client or trust law. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for this position.
