Job Description

A well-established commercial bank in Hong Kong is a seeking high-caliber candidate to join and develop its legal function.

The key responsibilities include providing legal advice to business units, drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting projects related to regulatory changes and new business development, and maintaining the bank's legal risk management policy.

The ideal candidate is a PQE 8+ lawyer with experience in banking or the financial sector, in-depth knowledge of banking laws, familiarity with loan transactions, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in both English and Chinese. WS10620
