Legal Counsel

A global FMCG is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its team in Hong Kong. This position primarily focuses on the company's operations in Hong Kong, with some exposure to regional work involving overseas entities. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing various contracts, such as distribution agreements, service agreements, tender documents, and sales agreements. The role also involves providing legal support to corporate and compliance functions.

The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with solid commercial experience gained from a law firm or in-house position. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required. WS10865
