Leasing Officer (Retail)

• Handle leasing matters of the retail portfolio including leasing enquiries, new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration
• Assist to formulate and implement leasing strategy
• Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports
• Co-ordinate premises takeover & handover, fitting-out and renovation works

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year's experience in retail leasing, preferably with major developers
• Proactive, positive attitude and good team player
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
