Prepare budget plan & rental forecast, develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for the assigned retail portfolio
Co-operate on credit control matters, follow up with delinquent accounts in the protection of landlord's interest
Conduct market research & analysis periodically to identify market trends, demand and potential opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including asset management, marketing and operational teams to promote the success of the assigned retail portfolio
Execute key asset management initiatives for the assigned portfolio as per the asset plan
Co-ordinate with property management team to deliver excellent customer and tenancy services
Lead and motivate subordinates
Requirements:
Degree holder
Minimum 8 years experience in retail leasing with major developers
Strong retail and F&B sense with strategic mind to position and brand the assigned retail portfolio
Proactive, possess positive attitude and drive for excellence
Solid people management skills to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
