Job description
We are now seeking for Leasing Manager - Commercial & Industrial.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a full spectrum of leasing operations including, lease negotiation and renewal, documentation, tenancy liaison etc
- Explore new business opportunities and new tenants with regional remit
- Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies
- Formulate effective business strategies and advise the top management on the initiatives
- Develop extensive industry network and business partnership
- Closely coordinate with other stakeholders and related departments on layout planning and tenancy matters
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Surveying, Business, Marketing or related discipline
- At least 6 years of solid leasing management experiences with proven track record in industrial and commercial sectors
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- A self starter with excellent resilience and proactive attitude
- Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
