Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the training to ensure the training materials meet with the latest group and operations guidelines
  • Identify training needs, formulate strategies and implement learning and development programs to meet the business needs
  • Understands Audits and Compliance needs for refresher standards (PCI DSS, ISO, etc)
  • Work closely with operations to design and deliver innovative & effective training workshops for Concierge on time
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify training needs to plan and deliver effective training programs
  • Embrace the Group's vision, mission and values into a clear learning and development schedule
  • Ensure appropriate assessment and necessary remedial action are provided to team
  • Maintain the training and development record in accurately
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

Requirement:

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Cantonese speaking is a must
  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Training & Development, Business Administration / Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in training or learning and development, preferably in concierge, hospitality, luxury or other similar industry
  • Proactive, strong presentation and influencing skills are required
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Proficient with computer skills and Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint
  • More experience can be considered as Managerial position
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
