Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the training to ensure the training materials meet with the latest group and operations guidelines
- Identify training needs, formulate strategies and implement learning and development programs to meet the business needs
- Understands Audits and Compliance needs for refresher standards (PCI DSS, ISO, etc)
- Work closely with operations to design and deliver innovative & effective training workshops for Concierge on time
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify training needs to plan and deliver effective training programs
- Embrace the Group's vision, mission and values into a clear learning and development schedule
- Ensure appropriate assessment and necessary remedial action are provided to team
- Maintain the training and development record in accurately
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management
Requirement:
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Cantonese speaking is a must
- Higher Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Training & Development, Business Administration / Management or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in training or learning and development, preferably in concierge, hospitality, luxury or other similar industry
- Proactive, strong presentation and influencing skills are required
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-minded and able to work independently
- Proficient with computer skills and Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint
- More experience can be considered as Managerial position
- Immediately available is highly preferable
