Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Learning & Development professional to join our HR team and help shape a culture of continuous learning and growth. In this role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, global teams, and external learning partners to deliver impactful learning initiatives, leadership development programs.

What You Will Do
Business-Aligned Training Needs Support
- Partner with HR Business Partners to understand business priorities and translate them into effective learning and development solutions.
- Proactively collaborate with business teams to help identify learning opportunities and recommend talent development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Global Training Program Execution
- Support the rollout and engagement of the LinkedIn Learning program to foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
- Coordinate onboarding programs with HR teams across different sites to ensure a consistent and engaging experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with external consultants to execute management and leadership development programs.
- Support the development and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to strengthen employee capabilities.
Trainer & Vendor Coordination and Training Logistics
- Coordinate with external consultants and training vendors to ensure smooth and effective program delivery.
- Facilitate communication between managers and external partners to ensure successful program implementation.
- Manage training logistics and operations to ensure high training quality and a positive learner experience.
Learning System Administration & Data Analysis
- Support the operation of the Learning Management System to ensure accurate training records and data management.
- Track learning participation and maintain training data to support reporting and analysis.
- Monitor learning effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs), such as training participation, satisfaction, and learning impact.
- Prepare training reports and provide regular updates to management on learning progress and outcomes; analyze training data and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
Corporate Culture Champion
- Collaborate with the global Culture Ambassador team to drive corporate culture initiatives.
- Organize and promote cultural engagement activities to enhance employee engagement and reinforce organizational values.
- Serve as the Taiwan project lead for the Bora Way Star Award, ensuring successful execution and alignment with global standards.
Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by management
