Job Title: Leader, Digital Operations Transformation
Your Job
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to support data analytics and application projects related to manufacturing operations. The consultant will work closely with our digital and business teams to deeply understand business processes, unlock data value, and drive digital transformation and continuous optimization at our Zhuhai site.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze key processes and pain points, and propose data-driven improvement initiatives
- Assist in designing and implementing data models and visualization dashboards to support monitoring and optimization of key metrics such as production, quality, and efficiency
- Guide and support team members in enhancing their capabilities in data application, analytical methods, and tool usage
- Support the planning and execution of digital projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and performance evaluation
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree or above in Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or digital transformation projects within the manufacturing industry; consulting background is a plus
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds
