Hiring: Lead Test Engineer – Taiwan
We are looking for experienced Lead Test Engineers to join our team in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Location:New Taipei City, Taiwan
Important: Candidates must be currently based in Taiwan and able to work from the office.
Experience: 8–10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end validation of Google CAST features across Android, Google TV, Chromecast, and Chrome platforms.
- Drive test planning, execution, automation strategy, and release readiness for new feature launches.
- Develop and maintain Python/PyTest automation frameworks while leading manual test activities.
- Perform log analysis using ADB, Logcat, and Bug Reports to support defect triaging and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Program Management teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery.
- Mentor a team of QA Engineers and drive continuous improvements in test coverage, quality, and efficiency.
Key Skills
- 8–10+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA Engineering
- Strong experience in Test Automation
- Python & PyTest
- ADB, Logcat & Bug Reports
- Experience testing Android / Google TV / Chromecast / Chrome
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing
- Experience leading QA teams and test strategies
- Strong defect triaging and root cause analysis skills
