Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the joint business impact for top-tier F&B clients, focusing on in-app digital advertising, brand campaigns, and growth initiatives.
- Build, lead, and empower the team by sharing insights, fostering collaboration, and developing capabilities to drive a high-impact, consultative, data-driven sales practice.
- Develop clear, long-term strategies aligned with business goals and market trends while identifying growth opportunities through data-driven and competitive analysis.
- Strengthen relationships with top-tier F&B clients by proactively aligning with them, deeply understanding their brand strategies, and enhancing joint business impact.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Data, Product, Regional, Operations) to co-create integrated solutions that deliver measurable impact and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, or business development within E-commerce, ideally with a focus on F&B or retail sectors.
- Proven leadership in building, developing, and managing high-performing sales and account management teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate commercial strategy into actionable business plans with measurable outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving complex deal negotiations and partnerships to success.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Commercially driven, results-oriented, and exceptional at relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and comfort in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Fluency in English and experience working with regional teams are preferable.
