ELK Architecture at Scale: Responsible for designing, deploying, and tuning distributed Elasticsearch clusters utilizing hot-warm-cold data tiering, ILM strategies, and custom data ingestion pipelines.

End-to-End Visibility: Driving the implementation of advanced tracing, metrics, and APM (such as OpenTelemetry) alongside structured logging.

Automation-First Pipelines: Owning full-lifecycle CI/CD processes to deploy infrastructure as code, application content, dashboard versions, and alert rules seamlessly.

Strict Minimum Requirements: Requires a university degree in Computer Science (or equivalent), 12+ years of total software/DevOps engineering experience, and 3+ years specifically scaling ELK.

Observability & Monitoring: Deep knowledge of Elasticsearch internals (shards/replicas, index patterns, snapshots, and query tuning). Experience with APM, distributed tracing, metrics, logs, alerting strategies, and handling on-call operations.

DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience building automated CI/CD pipelines and release orchestration using Jenkins/Cloudbees, OpenShift (Kubernetes), Ansible, and Docker.

Data & Streaming: Core expertise in ingesting, processing, and managing large-scale data using Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Kafka (or equivalents like Solr, OpenSearch, Fluentd, Beats, Apache NiFi, RabbitMQ, or Pulsar).

Programming & Databases: Proficiency in Java or Python with strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals. Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) or NoSQL databases.

Architecture: Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), microservices, and REST/SOAP APIs across both Linux and Windows environments.
