Job Description

  • Architect and build resilient, high-performance microservices using core Java 11/17+ and the Spring Boot framework.
  • Design and maintain event-driven streaming pipelines and real-time message handling utilizing Apache Kafka.
  • Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate scalable deployments across Kubernetes clusters.
  • Model efficient database schemas and write optimized queries across relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) systems.
  • Design robust RESTful APIs, manage API gateways, and implement secure authentication protocols such as OAuth2.
  • Establish and champion clean code standards, SOLID principles, and design patterns through rigorous code reviews.
  • Diagnose performance bottlenecks, optimize database transactions, and reduce latency across distributed systems.
  • Configure observability, distributed tracing, and real-time monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack tools.
  • Automate continuous integration and deployment pipelines using modern CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend teams, and DevOps engineers to translate product goals into technical designs.
  • Drive system design decisions, technical documentation, and long-term architectural roadmaps for core platform components.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor mid-level and junior developers, and enforce engineering best practices within the team.
