Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Summary

We're looking for a Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality software and solving complex technical challenges.

In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance full-stack applications that support a global Android TV ecosystem. Working closely with engineering teams across multiple regions, you'll build scalable web applications, APIs, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business-critical workflows.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end development, influence technical decisions, and contribute to products used by teams worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java.
• Develop responsive and intuitive frontend applications using modern web technologies.
• Design and optimize database structures, integrations, and data workflows.
• Create automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across frontend and backend systems.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Review code, share best practices, and mentor junior developers when required.
• Drive continuous improvements in application performance, scalability, and reliability.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Java.
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of API development and system integration.
• Business-level Mandarin and English communication skills.

Technical Skills:

Must have: Java, Spring / Spring Boot

Good to have: Angular, Typescript, React, SQL, Python & NodeJS
