Lead Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications and ETL solutions.

. Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica and SSIS.

. Develop and maintain SQL Server and Oracle databases, including stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and complex SQL queries.

. Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and data migration activities.

. Design and develop reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.

. Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Veracode.

. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.

. Perform application integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

. Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and coding standards.

. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

Required Technical Skills:

. ETL Tools: Informatica, SSIS

. Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2

. SQL Programming: T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers, Query Optimization

. Reporting & BI: SSRS, Power BI, SSAS

. DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, Veracode

. Programming: C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Groovy

. Web Technologies: WCF, Web Services

. Data Migration and Performance Tuning

. SDLC, Application Support, Integration Testing, Regression Testing

Preferred Experience

. Experience in Banking and Financial Services projects.

. Experience delivering enterprise reporting and data warehouse solutions.

. Exposure to Microsoft BI technologies and large-scale ETL implementations.

. Experience working in Agile or structured SDLC environments.
