TheSenior AWS Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (Team Lead) is responsible fordesigning, implementing, and leading the operations of hybrid infrastructureenvironments across AWS Cloud and on-premise systems. This role combinestechnical leadership, solution design, and team management. The environmentcovers enterprise Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, Azure AD), CanonPrint services, Hitachi storage systems, Nutanix HCI, VMware ESXi, and AWScloud platforms hosted across remote locations.

Thesuccessful candidate will lead a team of engineers, drive automation andmodernization initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functionaltechnology teams-including Endpoint Management, Network Operations, andSecurity-to ensure seamless and secure infrastructure solutions.

What will youdo

Leadership& Team Management

. Leadand mentor a distributed team of 20-30 engineers managing diverseinfrastructure environments.

. Developand track annual improvement plans based on operational metrics, lessonslearned, and technology advancements.

. Fostera collaborative engineering culture focused on ownership, quality, andcontinuous improvement.

. Providestrategic input to senior management and assist in service optimization, costcontrol, and service expansion opportunities.

TechnicalSolution Design & Collaboration

. Collaboratewith Endpoint Management, Network Operations, Cloud Security,and Application teams to design end-to-end infrastructure solutions.

. Developintegrated technical architectures ensuring compatibility, security, andperformance across platforms.

. Participatein cross-domain projects such as device lifecycle management, networkmodernization, identity federation, and hybrid cloud deployment.

. Contributeto infrastructure automation and orchestration efforts using tools likeTerraform, Ansible, or PowerShell.

. Serveas a technical escalation point for complex system issues that span multipletechnology domains.

AWS Cloud& Hybrid Infrastructure Management

. Designand manage AWS-based systems with focus on governance, scalability, andsecurity compliance.

. Orchestratehybrid cloud integrations between AWS and on-prem environments (ActiveDirectory, Azure AD, and hybrid networking).

. Implementand maintain server provisioning, configuration management, and monitoringframeworks.

. Drivemigration projects, disaster recovery setups, and continuous improvementthrough automation and cost optimization.

Windows& Enterprise Infrastructure

. OverseeWindows infrastructure including AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.

. ManageCanon Print services, ensuring reliable operations and capacity planning.

. AdministerVMware ESXi clusters, Nutanix HCI platforms, and Hitachi filer systems acrossremote sites.

. Implementstandardized system hardening, patch management, and compliance policies.

. Conductroot cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and maintain consistentoperational documentation.

OperationalGovernance & Compliance

. Ensureadherence to ITIL, ISO20000, and ISO27001 operational frameworks.

. Maintainaccurate documentation, change control records, and audit compliance artifacts.

. Generateregular performance and service delivery reports, providing insights forcontinual service improvement.

. Participatein audits, risk management initiatives, and capacity or resilience planningexercises.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Education& Experience

. Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

. Minimumof 5-8 years of experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments.

. Atleast 3 years of focused experience designing, deploying, or managing AWSservices.

. Demonstratedability to lead and grow a technical operations team in a complex enterpriseenvironment.

. Provenexperience collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure domains (network,endpoint, and security).

TechnicalExpertise

. AWSservices: EC2, S3, VPC, CloudFormation/Terraform, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, andSystems Manager.

. Strongknowledge of Windows Server, AD, Azure AD, DNS, GPO, and PowerShell scripting.

. Exposureto VMware ESXi, Nutanix HCI, and enterprise NAS/SAN systems (Hitachi).

. Familiaritywith endpoint lifecycle management, network connectivity (VPN, DNS, loadbalancing), and automation tools.

. Understandingof IT governance, compliance, and cyber hygiene frameworks.

PreferredCertifications

. AWSCertified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional.

. MicrosoftCertified: Azure Administrator or Windows Server certification.

. VMwareCertified Professional (VCP), Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP).

. ITILFoundation certification.
