Role Overview
-MD Office serves as the strategic hub supporting the Managing Director and leadership team.
-This role works across strategy formulation, performance management, and cross-functional execution, with a holistic view of platform operations.
-The role acts as a key strategic bridge between the local management team and Group C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
-Support platform-level strategy covering all operation related functions, from marketing, commercial, operations, to PRPA, finance etc
-Monitor, analyze, and optimize overall business and operational performance
-Drive and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and key projects
-Define, track, and review cross-functional KPIs in partnership with functional teams
-Prepare strategic analysis and recommendations for senior management decision-making
Requirements
-Fluency in both spoken and written English
-Strong ownership
-Team player
-58 years of relevant experience (final title based on seniority)
-Background in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or MD Officetype roles
-Strong structured thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen
-Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
-Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

-Experience in e-commerce, platform, or tech-driven businesses
-Exposure to high-growth or complex organizations
