Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. 8+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on client identity access management. Strong architectural understanding of CIAM, including authorization and authentication practices and technologies. Practical experience engineering CIAM solutions using industry-standard technologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with process engineering and process improvement. Proficiency in MS Visio or similar tools for creating technical documentation. Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in CIAM. SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect MFA and Adaptive Authentication Directory Services, including Active Directory and LDAP Cloud-based IAM solutions, including AWS IAM and Azure AD Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems. Knowledge of cloud-based CIAM solutions and technologies.
