This role will manage the design and implementation of eMPF and business systems by analyzing and synthesizing business processes, technologies, and data. This role demands a strategic thinker who blends deep analytical skills with a strong grasp of business operations and IT systems.

Your Role

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of MPF system architectures to support strategic business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business models reflecting our operational processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
• Oversee the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technologies to fulfill business needs.
• Mentor and lead a team of business analysts, providing direction and support in their project duties.
• Design and execute system tests to validate performance against specifications.
• Manage the documentation process for business analysis and system architecture.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve business processes and systems understanding across the company.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure the architecture remains current and competitive.

To Succeed in this Role

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10 years of relevant working experience in the MPF, pension of financial services industry.
• Proven experience in pension operations and operation transformation Extensive knowledge of MPF/pension modeling, systems development methodologies, and architectural frameworks.
• Strong understanding of business processes, strategic planning, and the integration of IT and business strategies for MPF/pension solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
