Responsibilities
1. Serve user growth business direction, be responsible for the back-end research and development of AI intelligent products, responsible for the construction of AI system architecture, quickly build applications and implement them in the business, and continuously optimize product experience and stability 2. Work closely with product managers, data analysts, algorithms, data engineers and other roles to understand business needs, formulate technical solutions, and promote the implementation and optimization of projects 3. Continue to explore how to use AI capabilities to enhance product experience and improve engineering efficiency in various scenarios.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer or software engineering, with more than 3 years of experience in AI system research and development 2. Solid basic computer knowledge, familiar with programming languages such as Python/Golang 3. Familiar with LLM and AI technology ecology, with Prompt Engineering, SFT, AI Applicants with experience in developing technologies such as Agent, multi-modality, RAG, Memory, etc. will be given priority those with experience in engineering implementation of large models in the data field will be given priority 4. Ability to continuously optimize engineering architecture, R&D tools and workflows, pursuing ultimate efficiency, performance and stability 5. Have strong learning ability, strong thirst for knowledge, curiosity and enterprising spirit, and strong will and subjective initiative to continuously explore new AI technologies and application scenarios 6. Priority will be given to those with experience in front-end development.
