Job requirements:
1. Published papers related to machine learning and artificial intelligence at top conferences, or in international competitions/evaluations Priority will be given to those who have achieved SOTA level 2. Have project experience in at least one business scenario such as recommended search advertising, intelligent customer service, personal assistant, text mining, etc. 3. Familiar with pre-training of LLM and VLM, SFT, instruction fine-tuning, RLHF, MoE, RAG and other cutting-edge AIGC directions, familiar with open source model fine-tuning and optimization solutions such as chatglm, llama, Tongyi Qianwen, etc., and familiar with open source large model development frameworks such as langchain 4.
