The assigned technician should be proficient in both the local language and English.

• Re-image and set up a laptop for a new hire.
• Perform all necessary checks and configurations to ensure the laptop is ready for use.

Technician Requirements:

• A 32 GB or larger USB drive, properly formatted and ready for the laptop imaging process.
