Landscape Manager

Job Description :

The Landscape Manager will oversee all aspects of landscape management for our Singapore operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, safety, and environmental compliance. You will lead a team, manage contracts, and liaise with clients and regulatory authorities. You are responsible for ensuring all work aligns with the latest WSH guidelines and WSQ standards for the landscape sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily landscape maintenance, tree care, and planting activities.
• WSH Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Singapore's WSH guidelines, including risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff, ensuring they are WSQ-certified and up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Arborist Duties: (If certified) Lead tree assessment, pruning, and conservation efforts, adhering to arboriculture standards.
• Client and Regulatory Liaison: Communicate with clients, government agencies, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets, equipment, and materials efficiently.

Job Requirements :

• Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, or related field.
• Certification: Preferably certified arborist (ISA or equivalent) WSQ Advanced Certificate/Diploma in Landscape Operations preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in landscape management, preferably in Singapore.
• WSH Knowledge: Strong understanding of Singapore's WSH guidelines and risk management.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Language: Proficient in English knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
