Job Description

Role Purpose

    • Measure optical or relevant attributes for display components.
    • Assist in development and implementation optical measurement skills.
    • Work with internal to have deep understanding in technical support.

Key Responsibilities

    • Document and prepare reports on measurement results.
    • Interpret measurement data and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
    • Ensure the calibration and maintenance of optical measurement equipment.
    • Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment.
    • Design proper fixtures and establish sample setup methods
    • Follow and update laboratory protocols and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Education

    • Master degree in Physics, Optics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Bachelor and relative work experience are plus

Experiences/ Skills

Work Experience

  • Preference for individual that enjoy working in technical Lab. environment.
  • Basic in knowledge of display component and tear down experience.
  • Solid experience of working in a Display or Optical measurement lab

Required Skills

  • Good at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint documentation.
  • Good at written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate optical metrology or related equipment.
  • Hands-on approach to problem solving.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge and familiar with optical metrology.
  • Knowledge of photoelectric phenomenon and polarization characteristics.
  • Experience of MATLAB or Python or LabVIEW programming is a plus
